Abraham-Hicks & Conscious Creation Coaching in Perth

Bringing the teachings of Abraham into your everyday life

Do you follow Esther Hicks and the teachings of Abraham?

Perhaps you’ve spent hours listening to Abraham, exploring the Law of Attraction, the Emotional Guidance Scale, vibrational alignment, allowing and conscious creation.

Perhaps the teachings have completely changed how you understand yourself and the world around you.

And perhaps you’d love to work with somebody who shares that understanding and can offer individual coaching alongside the work you’re already doing.

That’s a significant part of how I work.

Abraham’s teachings have become one of the greatest influences on how I understand life, and they’re deeply woven into my personal practice and the way I work with clients.

My journey with Abraham-Hicks

My personal development journey began with NLP.

I completed my NLP Practitioner training in 2019, and alongside my professional training, I began exploring Dr Joe Dispenza’s teachings and developing a daily meditation practice.

Over time, my exploration of consciousness, the mind, energy and personal change led me more deeply into the teachings of Abraham, presented through Esther Hicks.

And what I discovered resonated with so much of what I had already come to understand through NLP, meditation and my own experiences.

The more I listened, the more I recognised the same underlying principles.

The importance of focus.

The relationship between thought and emotion.

Our state of being.

And the extraordinary influence of our own perspective on the lives we experience.

Abraham’s teachings have become central to the way I live.

They influence how I think about relationships, abundance, wellbeing, personal choice and the experience of being alive.

And perhaps most importantly, they’ve deepened my understanding of how much our experience comes from within.

This isn’t simply something I teach or practise occasionally.

It’s how I understand life.

You are the creator of your experience

One of the things I love most about Abraham’s teachings is the understanding that we are deliberate creators.

Through our focus, attention, beliefs and emotional state, we participate in creating our experience.

And our emotions give us valuable information about our alignment with what we want.

I see this as an enormously empowering understanding.

Because when you begin recognising the relationship between what you’re focusing on, how you’re feeling and what you’re experiencing, you begin to recognise the choices available to you.

Not simply in what you do.

But in how you perceive, interpret and experience your life.

That’s where so much of the magic happens.

And it’s an understanding that has become fundamental to my coaching.

Your emotions are your guidance system

One of my favourite aspects of Abraham’s teachings is the Emotional Guidance Scale.

Rather than treating emotions as something to overcome or control, Abraham describes them as guidance — an indication of our vibrational alignment with Source and the perspective of our Inner Being.

I find this understanding incredibly powerful.

Because our emotions show us the relationship between how we’re currently perceiving something and how our Inner Being sees that same experience.

When there’s a difference between those perspectives, we feel it.

And when we come into greater alignment with that broader knowing, the emotional discomfort can begin to fall away.

This is one of the most fascinating connections I recognise between Abraham’s teachings and the processes I use in NLP and Time Line Therapy.

Different language, different processes, but the same underlying movement towards alignment.

Sometimes that’s a tremendous shift.

Sometimes it’s the smallest movement.

A little less frustration.

A little more relief.

A different way of seeing something.

A thought that feels just slightly better than the one before it.

And that movement matters.

For me, this is one of the most practical and beautiful aspects of the work.

You have guidance available to you in every moment.

And learning to recognise and trust that guidance changes how you move through life.

Alignment, allowing and conscious creation

There are so many ideas within Abraham’s teachings that have become part of my everyday understanding.

The Law of Attraction.

The relationship between Source and our physical experience.

The importance of feeling good.

Allowing rather than trying to force outcomes.

Understanding that our desires are part of our ongoing expansion.

And learning to enjoy the experience of where we are while remaining open to everything we’re becoming.

I particularly love the understanding that our physical and non-physical selves are part of one whole.

That our emotional guidance provides an indication of the relationship between our current perspective and the broader perspective of Source.

And that alignment is something we can experience now.

For me, conscious creation is about becoming increasingly deliberate with where I place my attention, how I interpret my experiences and the state from which I approach my life.

It’s something I practise every day.

And it continues to influence how I work with clients.

Where Abraham's teachings and NLP meet

One of the things I’ve always found fascinating is how many different approaches seem to lead us towards the same underlying understanding.

I’ve always had a natural inclination to see patterns, make connections and recognise the bigger picture.

And throughout my years of studying NLP, practising meditation, exploring Dr Joe Dispenza’s teachings, Magnetic Mind and Abraham-Hicks, I’ve continually recognised the same principles expressed in different ways.

Focus is fundamental to NLP, just as it is to Abraham’s teachings.

Thoughts, beliefs, language, emotion and our state of being are central to all of these approaches.

The language may be different, but the underlying principles are remarkably similar.

One of my favourite examples is Time Line Therapy.

In Time Line Therapy, we’re invited to move beyond our familiar emotional response and access a different perspective — what I understand as connecting with our Inner Being, that greater part of ourselves that already knows.

From that perspective, we can understand an experience differently.

And when our thoughts and understanding come into alignment with that broader knowing, the emotional charge associated with the previous perspective can simply disappear.

To me, this is exactly the relationship Abraham describes between our emotional guidance and our alignment with Source.

It’s something I find endlessly fascinating.

I often say to clients:

All roads lead to Rome.

Different approaches.

Different language.

Different processes.

But again and again, I recognise the same underlying principles.

And this is what informs the way I work.

I don’t see NLP, meditation, Time Line Therapy or Abraham’s teachings as separate worlds.

I see different ways of understanding and accessing the same fundamental processes.

And depending on the person, their experience and what they’re wanting to create, different approaches can provide different ways of arriving at that understanding.

Coaching alongside your Abraham-Hicks practice

You may already listen to Abraham regularly.

You may have read Ask and It Is Given, practise appreciation, use the Emotional Guidance Scale or spend time deliberately focusing on what you want.

And perhaps you’d simply love to have conversations with someone who understands the language, the teachings and the perspective you’re coming from.

Somebody who understands what you mean when you talk about alignment, resistance, allowing or getting into the Vortex.

We can explore whatever is happening in your life through that shared understanding.

Perhaps it’s relationships.

Perhaps it’s money, work, confidence or a new direction.

Perhaps it’s something you’ve been creating deliberately and would love to explore further.

Or perhaps you simply want to deepen your experience of the ideas that already mean so much to you.

There isn’t a prescribed Abraham-Hicks programme to complete.

My coaching is individual, drawing on NLP, Timeline Therapy, superconscious coaching and the other approaches that have become part of my work.

We begin with where you are and what you would love to experience.

And we work from there.

What does working together look like?

When somebody begins coaching with me, we start with a complimentary discovery call.

It’s an opportunity to talk about what you’re wanting, where you are now and what you would love to create.

For most new clients, I use my seven-session NLP Breakthrough Process.

The process has structure, but the work itself is always individual.

And because Abraham’s teachings are so deeply woven into my own understanding, they’re naturally part of the perspective I bring to our work together.

Following the Breakthrough Process, ongoing coaching can be more flexible, supporting you as you continue exploring and consciously creating the life you want.

My work is an additional opportunity for personalised coaching alongside the teachings you already value.

Creating a life you love

The more I’ve explored personal change, the more I’ve come to appreciate the extraordinary importance of our everyday experience.

Where we place our attention.

What we choose to focus upon.

How we feel.

The stories we tell.

What we expect.

And the perspective from which we see ourselves and the world.

These things matter.

And what I love about Abraham’s teachings is how beautifully they bring us back to the power of our own alignment.

To appreciation.

To allowing.

To enjoying this extraordinary experience of life.

These principles are part of how I live, how I approach the work I do and how I understand the possibilities available to us.

If you’re already following Abraham-Hicks and would love to explore these ideas with someone who shares your enthusiasm and understanding, I’d love to connect.

Let's explore what you'd love to create.
