Dr Joe Dispenza Meditation & Coaching Support in Perth

Bringing the work into your everyday life

Are you following Dr Joe Dispenza’s teachings, practising his meditations, and exploring what’s possible when you begin changing your thoughts, emotions and state of being?

Perhaps you’ve completed his online courses, listened to countless interviews, or already have a regular meditation practice.

And perhaps you’d love to work with somebody who understands those teachings, shares your enthusiasm for the work, and can offer individual coaching alongside your meditation practice.

That’s something I’m especially passionate about, because Dr Joe’s work has been an integral part of my own life since 2019.

My journey with Dr Joe Dispenza

In February 2019, I completed my NLP Practitioner training with Chris Lianos.

Following the training, our group stayed connected through Facebook, sharing ideas, experiences and the things we were discovering.

It was through this group that I first came across Dr Joe Dispenza.

Something immediately resonated.

I started listening to his interviews, exploring his teachings and practising his meditations. And I haven’t stopped.

I’ve meditated every day since.

Over the years, I’ve completed Dr Joe’s Progressive and Intensive online courses, purchased and practised many of his guided meditations, and spent countless hours listening to him speak about the mind, the body, consciousness, energy and the possibilities for change.

His work became part of my daily life alongside NLP.

And it remains that way today.

I still meditate at least once every day.

While my understanding has continued to evolve through other teachings and experiences, Dr Joe’s work has been one of the most significant influences on my personal development and the way I approach coaching.

Where meditation and NLP coaching meet

One of the things I have always loved about Dr Joe’s teachings is the relationship between what we think, what we feel, who we believe ourselves to be and what we experience in our lives.

These are also ideas that sit at the heart of NLP coaching.

We develop familiar ways of thinking, feeling and responding. Over time, those patterns become so automatic that we often stop noticing we’re doing them.

And then we wonder why we keep experiencing the same things.

Meditation provides an opportunity to become aware of those patterns, move beyond the familiar state and practise experiencing something different.

NLP offers another way of working with the beliefs, emotional responses, associations and meanings that have become part of our experience.

For me, these approaches have never felt separate.

They are different ways of exploring the same extraordinary relationship between our internal world and the lives we create.

You can know the work and still appreciate individual support

You might have a wonderful meditation practice.

You might understand the teachings, know what it means to become aware of an old personality or emotional state, and have experienced those beautiful moments when you genuinely feel different.

And then something happens in everyday life.

A conversation. A relationship. An old reaction. A familiar fear.

Suddenly, you notice yourself back in a pattern you’ve been working to change.

This is where individual coaching can be valuable.

We can look more closely at what is happening, what you’d rather experience and the beliefs or emotional patterns involved.

We can work directly with those patterns using NLP, Timeline Therapy and other approaches I’ve developed through my training and experience.

And all of this can sit beautifully alongside the meditation practice you already have.

The science of meditation, the mind and consciousness

Another reason I connected so strongly with Dr Joe’s work was his interest in bringing scientific investigation into the conversation about consciousness and personal transformation.

For so long, meditation, spirituality and the idea of consciously creating our experience have been treated as belonging to a different world from science.

I have never experienced them as separate.

Dr Joe’s exploration of neuroscience, neuroplasticity, epigenetics, the mind-body relationship and quantum possibilities has been particularly meaningful to me.

And I love that his work has developed alongside an expanding programme of scientific research.

Researchers have investigated changes in brain activity, functional connectivity, gene expression and other biological markers associated with intensive meditation retreats.

For example, published studies in 2025 examined neurological and molecular changes following a seven-day mind-body retreat and biological patterns observed in twins participating in meditation.

There is something wonderful about being able to explore these experiences through both our own lived experience and scientific investigation.

I continue to follow this research with enormous interest.

All roads lead to Rome

Over the years, my work has continued to evolve.

Alongside NLP and Dr Joe’s meditations, I’ve explored Magnetic Mind, The Emotion Code, conscious creation and the teachings of Abraham-Hicks.

And one of the things I’ve found most interesting is how often I recognise the same underlying principles expressed in different ways.

Different language.

Different processes.

Different ways of approaching personal change.

But so much of it comes back to our state of being, what we believe, where we place our attention, what we feel and how we interpret experience.

I often say to clients, all roads lead to Rome.

That’s the way I see these approaches.

You don’t necessarily need to choose one teaching or process and exclude everything else.

What matters is finding what resonates with you and discovering how to use it in your life.

That understanding is a significant part of how I work with clients today.

What might we work on together?

There isn’t a prescribed Dr Joe meditation programme that you need to follow with me.

You may already have a daily practice and simply want some individual coaching around an area of your life.

Perhaps you’re looking to create something different in your relationships, confidence, work or sense of self.

Perhaps you keep noticing an emotional reaction or belief that feels at odds with the future you’re imagining.

Or perhaps the teachings have opened up a whole new way of looking at life, and you’d love to explore that with somebody who understands what you’re talking about.

We begin with you.

What’s happening in your life?

What would you love to experience instead?

And what feels like the most useful way to move forward?

Depending on what you’re working with, I may draw on NLP, Timeline Therapy, Magnetic Mind and other approaches that have become part of my practice. For more structured change work, I also offer the NLP Breakthrough Process.

I introduce all my clients to meditation and encourage them to find an approach that resonates with them. Dr Joe’s meditations are one option I often suggest, alongside simpler practices such as mantra meditation, which can be used anywhere without needing a recording, an app or a device.

If you’re already following Dr Joe’s work, I encourage you to continue using his own meditations and courses while we work together.

My coaching is personalised to you rather than a reproduction of his programmes, so the two can work beautifully alongside each other.

Meditation, coaching and creating the life you want

One of the most powerful things I’ve taken from these years of study and daily practice is how much our inner experience matters.

Not simply what we know intellectually, but what we practise, what becomes familiar to us and the state from which we approach our lives.

Meditation has become part of how I live.

NLP has become part of how I live and work.

And the many teachings I’ve explored over the years have come together into an approach that continues to evolve as I do.

If you’re already following Dr Joe’s work and would love individual support from somebody who understands these teachings, I’d love to have a conversation.

Let's explore what's possible.
