A healthy mind is our most precious gift to ourselves and the world.

Quantum law says that the environment is an extension of our mind. When we truly change our mind our life changes. Our mind, or thoughts are frequency which is felt as emotion. So if we feel good we are on our way. And isn’t that what everyone wants?

Oprah once shared a quote from Marianne Williamson on “A Course in Miracles” that says, our greatest tool for changing the world is our capacity to ‘change our mind about the world’. Because thought is the creative level of things, changing our minds is the ultimate personal empowerment. Changing our mind starts with emotion.

So how do we change our minds? Via the three requisites for change:

  1. Clear out old negative emotion- allows for emotional intelligence
  2. Focus on what we want- positivity
  3. Take inspired action- follow your intuition

Fear is an emotion. What is an emotion? It’s the end product of an experience. The chemical result of a thought in your brain and body. Something good happens and we feel an emotion we like. Something we perceive as bad happens and we feel an emotion we don’t like. Emotions are the RESULT or EFFECT of thoughts and experiences. So the thoughts and experiences are the CAUSE. Fear like any emotion is the chemical residue of our past experience. The only way to change any effect or result is to change the cause: the decision that was made to be fearful as a result of certain circumstances. Change the underlying belief that ‘X’ makes me feel fear i.e. the cause, and the result (fear) disappears. NLP coaching can show you how in less than 30 minutes.
